This week was the Jones Family Reunion for Grandma Rose and in the past I shared an article in the paper that announced it but for this year, it doesn’t appear it was reported, either before or after, or else those issues of the paper was not scanned in online – so that was a bit of a disappointment. But I was interested to see that Grandma Rose mailed a Father’s Day card to my Grandpa Archie. Of course, I went down the rabbit hole looking at vintage Father’s Day cards for 1978! Hallmark had a nice write-up about how cards and the holiday has changed if you’d like to read it.
NOTE: As always, I left her spelling, capitalization, and punctuation as much as possible.
