Wow – Grandma Rose’s spelling this week about made my eyes bleed in some places! I don’t know if she was in a super hurry this week or what, but it was particularly bad compared to most weeks. I had to laugh about her tomato worm comment because there is nothing creepier to me than tomato worms in the garden. They’re just so nasty so I totally felt her there! Also, she didn’t give me a lot to go on this week photo wise so I went and found a snippet from the Herald about the Jones’ general store and their anniversary that she mentions. Odd note – just briefly going down our Jones family tree and theirs, we are not related but my husband is! How’s that?! I’d say wild but then again my hubby is my 6th cousin from our Revolutionary War brothers who came to Ohio post-war, so I mean it’s bound to cross over in many ways.
NOTE: As always, I left her spelling, capitalization, and punctuation as much as possible.
